* The members of the society have to present their membership documentations. ** Fellows and students must be studying for a higher degree (eg PhD) or be within three years of completing a higher degree. Written documentation of this status should be supplied. • Registration Fee Includes: Participation to scientific sessions, congress bag, certificate of attendance, opening cocktail. • £ = GBP = Great British Pound • Vat is included in the prices

Private Transfer Service

(Heathrow airport to city center / congress venue) Airport – Hotel - Airport transfer service will be provided upon to request between July 7 – 10, 2010. Please fill your transfer details below and then send via fax or email to SERENAS. Transfer service will be provided, if you have informed SERENAS Tourism until 25 June, 2010. One way only: £ 95 per person for one way (VAT is included) Two ways: £ 190 per person for two ways (VAT is included)

Cancellations And Refunds

All cancellations must be made by sending an email to the address icbd2010@serenas.com.tr , For all notifications of cancellation, please make a reference to a bank account, including the Swift Code, where a possible refund may be remitted less bank charges. In the event that a cancellation of a booking is requested, the cancellation fee will be charged according to the following schedule:
Days Prior to July 7, 2010	Cancellation Fee
71 days or more	Handling Fee*
70 to 30 days	50% of total price
29 to 0 days	100% of total price
No Show	100% of total price
* Handling Fee: 50 £ for per person (VAT is included) • Please note that all refunds will only be processed after the completion of the course. • Accommodation and Registration costs will refund to the participants if their abstract are not accepted by scientific committee. Handling fee will be charged for this process.
