Abstract Guideline

Abstracts should only be submitted via offical website. Abstracts sent by e-mail or air-mail will not be accepted. Please follow the instructions listed on the website step-by-step.

All abstracts must be submitted in English clearly showing the content to be presented.

Each person is permitted to present only two presentations and the presenting author must register to the congress. Only the abstracts of registered presenting authors will be included in the program and book of abstracts.  The title has to be brief, short and describe the presentation. The author names have to be mentioned fully (including the name and surname) with highest academic degrees, institutional affiliations and e-mail addresses of all authors.

A correspondence mailing address together with telephone number, fax number should be included. Grant information and other sources of support should also be included following the body of the abstract. An abstract of not more than 250 words is required for abstracts.

The deadline for Abstract submission is May 4th, 2010.

Oral Submission Guidelines

Oral presentations should be 12 minutes with 3 minutes for questions.

Power point presentation with the latest version of Windows will be supplied in all presentation rooms. The speakers are kindly requested to bring their presentation data within a CD, DVD, USB Memory sticks and USB hard drives. In case of presenting a video film that needs a special codec, we kindly request to be informed about the codec. The speakers who are going to present through Macintosh systems are kindly requested to bring their own computers. In case of requesting a special device other than the equipment mentioned above, we will be pleased to be informed.

The number of sessions for oral presentations are limited. The remainder presentations will be displayed in Poster format. The organization committee will be charged also as the scientific committee. The Scientific Committee will endeavor to schedule abstracts according to authors' preferences but reserves the right to decide on the final form of presentation.

Authors will be notified by May 26th, 2010 as to whether their abstracts have been accepted. Only abstracts of authors who have paid their registration fees by June 2nd, 2010 will be scheduled for presentation and included in the Book of Abstracts.

The date, hall and all the other presentation specifications for oral presentations will be announced on official web-site of the congress June 9th, 2010.

Poster Submission Guidelines

The posters will be 70 cm (width) and 90 cm (height) and will be mounted vertically. (Double-sided tape will be available for mounting the Posters)

Graphics and digital photos should be at least 100-150 dpi in their final printed size.
